 you can't help feeling upset because she left you and is now in another relationship with someone new.
you need to move on and try to realise that she wasn't happy in the relationship and she couldn't see marriage as the next step forward and although she broke your heart, her intentions were right, she didn't want to carry on for your sake and then cause even more upset.
you need time out, space and let time heal your wounds. if you met someone new this quickly it would be on the rebound and you shouldn't rush into another relationship.
sometimes, you need to get hurt to understand that someone isn't right for you, but there is someone out there, and in time you can start trying to find her again!!

 Dunno how long since you two broke up but keep in mind that time cures everything-it's a fact.If you haven't so far start going out and find a new girl to replace her.I'm sure it's way easier to write than to do it but unfortunately it's the only option you have.Good luck
