How can I get over my brother-in-law?

Question - (9 December 2014) 2 Answers - (Newest, 10 December 2014)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Dear Cupid,

I have had a crush on my brother-in-law for over a year. I thought this feeling would go away, especially when we live quite far from each other. I am always happy to see him and to know that he's doing good. We get along well and are pretty friendly to each other. I am always looking forward to see him.

I am still in love with my husband and will never hurt him. I have tried not to pay attention to my brother-in-law much. I have not done anything, and I'm not planning to do anything with my brother in law. However, we are about to move to his place for a while until we can get a place. At first, I thought we would get our own place, but my husband told me that his brother told him that we should stay with him and save some money. It would be a good idea if I did not have a crush on him! I am afraid that my brother-in-law will find out that I have feelings for him.

Advice? Thank you in advance.

I agree with the person above. That is a very bad idea.. Do not put yourself in that situation. It will just end badly.

Do not move in with him.

Make up whatever excuse but so not put yourself in temptation ' s way. Don't do it.

You risk breaking your marriage over it.
