 Family planning clinic. You dont need a parents concent to go and all they will do is ask you some questions about your sex life and find out if you know the risks. And they give you contraception free!

 You could maybe ask to talk to a different doctor, in confidetiality (I can't spell) and make sure you get the right ones from him/her. Your mum will know sooner or later that you are having sex, and I'm sure it would be a load off her mind to know that you were using proper birth control methods, so telling her could be a simple soloution.

 I don't think it's possible, you need to go there so he can prescribe the right ones and stuff.
You want something that works right? Don't take any chances and go see a doctor.
