writes: dear cupidI have a small problem, I have recently been losing weight and started to do sit ups etc, now whenever I sit down, my left part of my stomach goes in and the other one doesn't, its likes having a six pack but only one part turns out properly and the other part doesnt, it just goes in a bit. reader, anonymous, writes (9 April 2007): first of all when doing sit ups you must hold your stomach in---then make sure you do it evenly on botyh sides--you must be using the one side more-----try and concentrate more when doing your exercises---using both sides evenly
