How do I get my friend to go out with me? We aren't real close friends so, does that make it easier? We're both in highschool now, and I know there are more dudes out there who want her. So can anyone help me? P.S.: should I ask her out now or later in maybe Jan.

take your time if you dont get her to go out, this year, there always the next and the next. You will get to know her more at vice versa and if you are compateble it will happen. ;-) One thing you got to be confident of yourself.

do it now, and be direct. also be a gentleman because, i guess, sometimes girls like to be dazzled.

make sure you set yourself apart from those other dudes that want her.
