That's very easy to get attention from a man if you have a good body..
Then you just have to act like you don't miss him.. or want's him back.. then he's gonna beg you sooner or later.. ;)
But easy on.. don't jump in he's arms and say "ohh yes baby.. I haved missed you in 2 years now.. crying every night.." then he's gonna leave you again ;)
Love is a mess.. we all know.. heh? ;)

 Not sure what you want people to say honey - you say it's not over, but he IS you EX? If you really do still care about him, a good starting point would be to tell him that you miss him and how you feel? Have you tried this?
What do you mean that he loves "other people" - is he seeing several other women now?
Sorry honey, I think you need to provide a bit more info for people to try and help you here?
If you haven't told him how you feel I'd say this is a good starting point, so you can see where the land lies in terms of how he feels about you, you never know he may feel the same way and hey presto!!!
