 OK. Well, this may be a shock to you, but what if you just asked him out? Sounds really scary, I know, but if he already knows you like him, what would it hurt? If he says no, it will hurt your feelings, but you will get over it. I think it is ok for you to just ask him if he wants to grab a cup of coffee or tea and get to know each other a little better. Confidence is very sexy! Besides that, if you are just chatting online, it should make it easier for you to ask since you won't have to look him in the eye. Go for it!
