You dont get someone to love you. People choose who they love and if she doesnt love you in that way (which she probably doesnt) theres absolutely nothing you can do about it.

You can't get someone to fall in love with you.
Be yourself, let her see you for the great person that you are, and maybe she will be interested.
I hope yall are close in age. And there is more to love than just beauty. What other things do you admire about her?

It's something that they should come to feel on their own. If she doesn't love you, then you can't 'get' her to fall in love with you, because love just doesn't work like that.
Are you sure you're not just mistaking feelings of infatuation for her with love, because it can commonly happen.
There is nothing stopping you from telling her how you feel, but don't expect her to feel the same back, and don't try and make her fall in love with you.
Being cousins, I think you need to be prepared and accept the fact that a relationship between you two just wouldn't work.
