 Getting pregnant works well for awhile, and sometimes lasts, but if not ready for motherhood, weight gain adds some size. Pills and lotions are a sham, and to many men the overall size really doesn't matter all that much. Nice, hard nipples are usually a turn-on and much fun, no matter how large the breasts. I think your overall figure, usually without too much fat, is preferable to most men.

 While gaining weight will increase your boob size, it might also be counterproductive!
If you are wanting larger boobs because you think they are more attractive, Keep in mind, gaining weight isn't!
You may consider exercises that strengthen and tighten your upper body. In turn, your breasts may only grow a little, but become far more firm!
That would look much more sexy than gaining weight!
From this mans view, big boobs aren't necessary, it's "nice" boobs that are attractive!
