First, you need to need a consult a doctor dear. Obviously, there's something bothering you and its preventing you from sleeping and enjoying the life you have. Talk to a counselor if you can or a spiritual leader that you trust. In the meanwhile, you might consider that you might be insomniac...again, go to a medical doctot and see if he can help you with that. It is possible to recover dear, you just have to get the right help. Again, going to a medical doctor, a counselor, and/or a spiritual leader may do you some good.
