hi i know how you must be feeling they say time is a healer and it is the most true saying ever said the best thing to do is keep yourself busy go out with friends shopping work anything that keeps you from thinking of him and you will gradually see that you are thinking of him less and less until you eventually don.t think about him at all the worst thing to do is sit about at home moping about because that is the worst thing you can do hope this helps

Find new things to do and new places to go, especially where he won't be.
Delete him from your phone, email etc.
Remind yourself of the reasons you broke up.
Remind yourself that if it didn't work there is someone better for you.

Research the grief process, you'll see what you are experiencing is normal. If you are having trouble coping, get support from friends and family; they can be a source of strength. Best wishes to you.

It's hard to forget. But try this out:
The best way is to distract yourself by hanging out with your friends, going for activities.
Remove or stash away items that reminds you of him.
With such items out of the way, you wouldn't think that much of him.
Just be yourself, and stay happy. Don't let this bring your mood down.
