How can I find out if he's actually into me, or even my gender for that matter, without coming right out and saying it?

I met this guy about 2 weeks ago, and he is absolutely adorable in every way. The last time we hung out, we were extremely intoxicated, and things got a little intimate. We did not have any form of sex, but we kissed and touched. I was euphoric and over-joyed, but how do I know if he felt the same way? The alcohol might have played a large role in his actions. I'm also incredibly, incredibly worried that he's gay. I've asked him about this and he answered with "I think I'm like, 95% straight." But his friends and I find that difficult to believe. He's never been in any serious relationship as far as I know. How can I find out if he's actually into me, or even my gender for that matter, without coming right out and saying it? I don't want to offend him, I could see a great relationship with this guy in the future.
