We used to call each other girlfriend and boyfriend, and we used to kiss. This went on for years, from before i can remember right up until about 7 years ago. We havent mentioned it at all since it stopped. It didnt stop for any apparent reason, but i still love her. Its hard to tell her how i feel coz shes my cousin. I live in a part of the world where it isnt illegal to have a relationship with your cousin but it is very frowned apon. What should i do? How do i find out if she feels the same way without seeming too forward? Please help!

 From your post it says you live in Ireland. Same as myself. I know that it is legal to date your cousin. But do you really believe that your family would be ok with it? Because it could cause a huge family fall out. Are you close to your parents or a family member? If you are try and talk to them about how you feel and see what advice they give you as maybe am wrong and your family might not judge you both, but I fear that it would cause big trouble if you where to get involved with her.
I can completely understand why you would be scared to tell her how you feel, am sure you are scared off how she will react. But if you are close with her and you trust her and you feel she won't judge you well then just be straight with her and tell her about your feelings.
