A female reader, Not My Name Australia +, writes (13 January 2010):

Not My Name agony auntI think love finds us, and in my experience when not even looking for it.

That said I have only truly loved two men (rest were just lust) and one I met through a mutual friend, another in the supermarket.

So I guess get out socializing and grocery shopping ...lol

A male reader, CaringGuy United Kingdom +, writes (13 January 2010):

I didn't find love. It found me. That might sound stupid, but it's true. When I met my girlfriend, she literally did walk into me. The point is, if you worry about it, or you search for it too much, you wont' find it. Men can be very wary of women who come across as desperate to find love (not that you are), and it makes us a little scared. Focus on yourself, make sure you're going out with friends and having fun, and make sure you have a hobby or two that you can do where other men are, so you can at least talk to them and understand them and what they want. There is a guy out there for you, and you will find him. Just be where men are, get to know them and relax. One will find you.
