I bet many singles hate the situation , when friends and family ask you, "why are you single" ? or "How come that a good looking person like you is single" ? " How come that you turn 18 and you haven't lost your virginity yet "? The top is ,when you say " i feel lonely and then friends answer "then get a girlfriend" , you know that is not easy as they say.

Sometimes you walk around at school and see a couple kissing then you start to feel bad and you get just the desire for love in your head then you have the worst mood.

I am trying to get a girlfriend, but i need to get comfortable with being single because girls feel when somebody is desperate and lonely and this gives a lot of minus points. It is really hard to find the right person for you and that does not take seconds like everybody says.

So how can i make my self feel comfortable with being single ?

Duckyhelp agony auntLiteraly the best thing to do is accept that you are single and not think about getting a girlfriend. This has happened everytime. If you seem genuinly happy and content then that makes you more approachable. Spend time with friends. Talk to more girls like on facebook and stuff like that and get used to talking to girls, were like guys but minus the football :P Music is always a topic that never fails.

If you need anymore help just mail me, ive helped many of my friends get togther with someone they like so i might be able to help you too! :)

Loool! I'm 18 and I'm actually really happy being single! So I might be the right person to answer. Well basically, I see this period as being one that I'm definetely going to miss in the future. Think about a noisy house with kids, won't you wish you'd be single then? Honestly, making out? Being a dental student, it's just sharing loads of bacteria in your mouth. Sure, your partner can give you love etc, but you've got to learn to be your own best friend.

Then, when the time is right, you'll find the perfect person, and instead of rushing into anything, you'll take things slowly, and all will turn out just fine :)

aunt honesty agony auntYes you need to be confident as a single person before you go looking for love, just try and enjoy being single and going out with your friends you are only young you have plenty of time to find a girlfriend, it will happen on its own. Just have a laugh with your friends and try and be happy within yourself. A girl will come along when you least expect it. Good Luck
