For some of us, life is a constant crises, it could have several reason. I don't want to go into that, yet I still can't understand how come some of us goes thru life with almost no pain, and others hurt all the way. Yes some caused by you, but not all, and Im sure some of you know that, you are not always responsible for the bad things in your life. I'M talking about the brick on your head, or when the drunk driver kills your kid...YOU DIDN'T CAUSE THIS, RIGHT? i'm very sad, that some people, just can't see that not always possible to have a good life even if you are good.SO I HAVE alot of bad things, and I just want to know how can I stop worry, so I COULD ENJOY MY LIFE FROM ONE CRISES TO THE NEXT. Please tell me some good advice.

I am so sorry that life is treating you this way. You just need to stay positive. Sometimes we are so overwhelmed by the heartache and distress that happens in our lives - we forget to recognize the good weeks, the good days, the gestures, the smiles, the good things people do for us - the differences we make for other people. What else can we do other than that? We cannot control this world, and as bad as it is for you, both fortunately and unfortunately in a weird way you need to know that there is always someone who has it worse than you. Life is tough sister, but keep your head up. Everything happens for a reason.
Some lyrics from tupac to think about...
There's gon' be some stuff you gon' see
that's gon' make it hard to smile in the future.
But through whatever you see,
through all the rain and the pain,
you gotta keep your sense of humor.
You gotta be able to smile through all this bull****.
Remember that.
Mmm, yeah.
Keep ya head up.Yeah.

Not sure what advice to give, I'm going through something pretty similar, I'm just taking it day by day trying different things to remove the problems or make them better, but for now I'm just down.. Hopefully something will get better soon.
