Be there for her , attentive to her needs, praise her more . This is better than just saying you like her and have fallen for her.She wants a good friend for now. Don't rush in , take your time.

A good speech should do the trick. If you're talented you could do something related to that (although the only thing i can think of is writing a song). A speech should be enough, telling her the affect she has on you, how much you like her, describing your feelings for her.
