writes: My anger problem is getting worse and ive started to have random outbursts towards my boyfriend, like hitting him, biting and like squeezing his face and diggin my nails into him, i cant help it or stop myself. i say sorry millions of times. it really upsets me and i cry about it.i really do love him and dont want to hurt him near enough all the time!how can i stop myself doing it?please help! I agree with candyluv.
Also you can cognatively help control your behavior by taking a step back, pausing for a moment and remembering how sweet he is and that he doesn't deserve this. It is unhealthy for the both of you and needs to stop one way or another.

wow....when i read that i thought of myself about a year ago.
im bipolar (diagnosed)....sounds kinda like you could be too. i suggest getting checked and if you are then they can give you medicine to help. if not explain to the doctor whats going on....there are a lot possibilities.
but in the mean time try breathing exercises
