How can I bring back the spark?

me and my boyfriend have been dating 3 years all together, where inlove with eachother, and we was best friends when we got together, but of a lately the spark has dissapeared, he doesnt like mushy paragraphs anymore, we think its because he isnt sure about his future, on what career goal he wants and how he is going to get it, i believe thats the reason because he is trying to imagine me in his future but he doesnt know what his future holds for himself just yet, any advice on how i should handle this situation??
