At school and at work I'm constantly watching the clock, even when I'm hanging with friends I'm always thinking about how bored I am. I've only really felt like this for the last couple of months, but I don't know what's brought it on, I've even taken a few days off school just to try and break up the continual bordem but it doesn't seem to work, any suggestions on how to become less bored!?Thanks.

The fact that it came on two months ago instead of being a long term situation makes me wonder if you are depressed or tired or something physical. As a motivation coach, I work with people who are bored. I agree with other replies that there might be something else going on, and I like the idea of "a dream that you are being kept from." You usually will get fired up if you are set free to go for your dream....but you have to figure out what it is first. Look at your Elements of Interest on ThePowerOfBoredom.com and leave me a comment or send a question.

Music is anti-boredom. Period.
Put on a playlist whenever you can and jive to whatever you want.
