Being eye candy might win you a user for about 5 minutes. Being a confident, interesting, nice person with a smile might win you a decen tguy who will be good to you and like you for yourself.

Forget about being "eye candy". If you want boys to like you be likeable. Practice being confident, even if you don't feel confident. You can learn it. Don't get drunk to gain it. That way you will be mor elikely to find the RIGHT guy for you.
You can be more confident by having interestinng things to say so be informed about things that interest other people your age. Learn to skate if or something if that helps.
As for your appearance, eat healthy foods in sensible amounts, exercise, look after your hair, skin and teeth.
Wear clothes that suit your body shape. Don't go for fashions that don't compliment you.
Look around at what ithers with a similar body shape to yourself are wearing and see what suits/doesn't suit them. It's a good way to be objective.
Choose nice fabrics and don't wear clothes that are too tight even if you are slim. They look cheesy.
most important of all, wear a smile.

reader, anonymous, writes (28 January 2013): What guys want is confidence!! Guys love a girl that comes across confident because its sexy.. Its not so much about what you wear, but how you wear it. If you're happy, comfortable and talkative will do a lot more for you than getting tarted up and not saying much!
Not sure what your style is but stay classy, nice dress and heels, if you arent a dress kinda girl then leggings/top and heels?
In my opinion personality and confidence is more important, dress how you want to, just look approachable ;)
