How can I balance my responsibilities as a caregiver with my need to take better care of myself?

Hello I need advice I am trying to learn how to take naps better when my daughter is home and at her day support program she is 20 and special needs I have bad habits which need to be stopped.

My boyfriend lives under us with his mom we have been going together 20 months mornings she has day support we go down little

Before van comes I go back in I need to come up or stay down their

30 minutes of days I have to go out and grocery shopping days

I should not let boyfriend come up but I do.

I try but can't do what can you all suggest

What kinda special needs is your daughter ? Out son is 21 this month ( can't believe it ) he is autistic with global delay in all areas has ADHD and behavioural issues though he works well with good boundaries and schedule and sticker chart lol ..

I know how tiring it can be .. We are also raising two little girls

Are you sleeping during the day I this your bad habit ??

Depression can make you sleep, did you know that ? So is there anything that is making you unhappy at home ..

Are you expected to take care of his mother as well ?

I'm just clarifying a few things before I answer ..
