What kinda special needs is your daughter ? Out son is 21 this month ( can't believe it ) he is autistic with global delay in all areas has ADHD and behavioural issues though he works well with good boundaries and schedule and sticker chart lol ..
I know how tiring it can be .. We are also raising two little girls
Are you sleeping during the day I this your bad habit ??
Depression can make you sleep, did you know that ? So is there anything that is making you unhappy at home ..
Are you expected to take care of his mother as well ?
I'm just clarifying a few things before I answer ..
