reader, anonymous, writes (28 February 2008): Well to be honest I would tell you straight away that if you try to fake anything about yourself, the girl will spot it and nobody likes fakes. So 1. Be true to who you really are.2. Dont try too hard to impress her - yes, make some effort but dont come across as waaaayyyy too pushy...it's soooo a turn off.3. EYE TO EYE CONTACT - this is really important as it starts a connection4. GIVE MINIMAL RESPONSES - You might often hear girls going 'mmm' 'yeah' when someone else is talking -this shows interest and support...lack of this will probs result in the girl falling quiet and the conversation turning awkward.5. SMILE - speaks for itself! =)Hope this helps...=]

Praise her hair or clothes or shoes or the shine or smile on her face. Flatter them with sweet talks.Anything that is positive would be welcome.Try to see things in a humorous way and you may make her laughs.

Say hi to her with mrs so on ( her name)tell her in a pleasent way that you 're interedted in her and how lovely she look. and do she mind if you and her came have an lunch dinner ect. to get to know each other better. no disrespect to her just talk. or if she don't mind to give you an call. always give eye to eye contact. and smile an little. try to ask her when you are an long or she an long .never do it with her girl friends because she will decline. if she older send flower to her job tell her how much you enjoy talking to her today. Or write an little note to her asking her out. if she delcine to your request send an note saying think you anyway ,that bring her around
but just don't give up so easy wait an week and ask again

Mate, there is no set formula on how to impress girls. There are no magic words that will make them swoon into your arms immediately.
The best advice I can offer is to simply be true to yourself - don't try and bluff or fake your way through a conversation by trying to be someone you aren't.
Ask questions and listen to the answers. Don't big-note yourself (too much). Talk about positive subjects. Movies and music can often be good starting points.
