writes:Ok, so there this guy at the place were I volunteer, we flirt all the time. He works there and one day he asked me how old I was and he keeps showing up in the kitchen when I am volunteering and teases me and all. He asked me if I had a boyfriend. And then he asked me one day if we could go get a drink after work and I said yes. The only thing is that day I was volunteering late and he finishes work at 7 pm. So he said he would wait for me until I was done, but by the time I was done I could not see him so I did not wait to see if he was still there and went home (did not want to look desperate). The next day he told me he was in the office and made the comment on how I run away but did not make a big deal out of it. That weekend I volunteered again and we ended up going to a bar the three of us with another girl who also volunteers there. I can tell he is not into her because at the bar he was sitting close to me and his knees were touching mine. Every time I go there we flirt and he is very nice and funny. So he asked me out again to go to the movie on thursday and it was a monday but he was off for the rest of the week. THe thing is he did not ask me for my number so I did not know how he was going to meet me for the movie and I did not give it to him either thinking maybe he knew how to find me. But on thursday nothing! So on the next monday he saw me and apologized about the fact that he did not have my number so he couldn't reach me and then proceded to ask for it. The next day called me when he was at work and I was not volunteering to say that he is bored and that I should come. He also asked for my msn and showed me pictured of his son. He calls at least 3 days a weeks to talk but he never asks me out for a date! Sometimes he says that he will call me the next day and doesn't but calls the day after. He sometime calls more than once a day, but won't ask me out for a date again! When I volunteer he does random nice things for me like convince the manager to give me a vacuum cleaner because I did not have one or make me tea when I ask for it or just help me around in general.I am confused...I want to get to know him better!

 Ask him on a date! You don't have to wait for him to invite you anywhere! He obviously has interest in you, he's even showed you a picture of his son. Guys like it when women take control once in a while. Your an independent woman, you can do it! Things are cleared up and stable now, so ask! lol You'll do fine :)
