One time it wasn't that busy and I just went through her line and said hi and she smiled me back and said good morning. I made a little bit of idle chat, like how crappy the day was outside stuff like that.well I'm dying to at least talk to girl like two human beings, I dont want to come across as creepy either I'd love to get her phone number, but she's at work and her manager is always busting her chops. I don't want to get her in trouble if I flirt with her. She is insanely cute. How and most importantly, when, should I approach her? Should I give her my number in a piece of paper?

I think you should go for it. What's the very worst that could happen? You have to go to a different shop for your food?
Just say that you know it's a bit out of the blue and she probably gets asked out all the time but what the hell. Is there any chance she wants to meet up for a coffee some time? If so can you giver her your number?
It's always worth taking a chance.
Good Luck!! xx
