You should go to a Dr. and get that checked out. I'm sure it can easily be fixed.
I can't give medical advice but I can tell you what it might be. Could you possibly have an imperforate hymen? Or maybe it's a little bit on the strong side.

A lube that is easily acquired and i like fairly well is the baby oil gel products. not embarrassing to buy if that is an issue. good luck honey, and as rcn says, try your pinkie and work into more. the more relaxed you are the easier you will find it to be. good luck, mal

I think you should go and consult a gynae to find out what is your problem.

I'd recommend trying lube. And are you in the mood when you try, or are you just trying for the sake of doing? In studying the female anatomy, when in the mood for pleasure, the vagina tends to ready itself for the process. Remember too, when you enter, it's not "get in and head in any direction." You need to find the "straight" direction to go.
If you need to work your way up, try you pinkie, once your smaller finger feels comfortable, then you can try another one as this comfort level increases.
