Looks like you are heading out of puberty and into that lovely balanced phase.
Puberty can stretch from 11 to 21, so you are probably entering the last phase of changes, all the icing on the cake as it were.
There is nothing there that sounds terrible so don't worry about it and enjoy becoming a woman!
