writes:hi everyone.just a questionabout a month n a half ago i was hit with a hockey stick during a game on the left of my left eye on the socket, so not my temple. i wasnt knocked unconscious but had a serious concussion and was in hospital. i had a ct scan which came back clear, so no fracture or brain damage. but ever since the swelling went down and my awesome black eye left there has been a lump on the bone exactly where i was hit and its still a lil tender. my question is, could i possibly had a hairline fracture or small crush facture that couldnt be picked up and this is the calcification that has formed as a result? id expect it to have dissapeard by now seeing as factures normally take 6-8 weeks to heal and if it was small enough for the ct scan to miss then i dont know.its not of any concern, just curious.
