 I suggest getting to a hospital as soon as you can or to a clinic or the GP na dhe explains the problem to him, it should get sorted hun but tell him to get treatment asap! x

 You definitely need to get him to hospital, the only reasons i can think of is that his foreskin may be too tight or a tear in the foreskin but it could be anything.
