Her brother should talk to her alone. I think that maybe you should give them the space they need to talk , she may have alot of questions about this that asking in front of you may be hard for her. He should explain to her that you too are both willing and just want to experiment. Next time lock the door or go some where, where you two are alone.

Still, I can see where you're coming from, assuming you aren't yet ready to come out to your families, so maybe have a quick chat with her and explain you want things to stay quiet for now. I'm sure she'll understand. :) x
