Get him to open your vagina in stages...... first get him to put loads of lube on the labia and esp inside your vagina.... then let him use progressively one, then two, then three fingers sliding slowly up and down inside you (of course he should be kissing your nipples at this point.)
If he can get three fingers fully inside you [ and you are enjoying it / getting wet ] that should be the stage at which his penis should go fairly easily inside - get him to just touch the first inch or so in at first...... then ease the whole length in.......
