He says this happened before when he had an erection and he just pushed it down back into his scrotum ,its been happening for the past couple of months. I'm the only person who knows but it is really worrying, anybody know what this could be or what to do now?

LovesJamie is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThank you for all your answers. I told him what you said and we have decided to go to the doctors as it is not very nice and does cause him discomfort, and would rather get it seen to just to make sure.

If it's not causing problems or discomfort then it is probably fine - that's according to my medic husband.
If it does cause pain or problems then get him to see his GP to get it checked out.
But it could be just like some people can pop their joints and some people can roll their tongues. He's just a bit odd.
Good Luck!! xx
