I'm 13 years old and I'm a girl. I have two questions.... This guy who is also 13 has been bugging and flirting with me, but one time he took it too far. At the end of the day I was by my locker talking to my friend and he rubs my shoulder and says '' Hey, Check this out! '' and he pulled down my shirt zipper and pretended to do something. He hasn't bugged me for like 3 days. What does it mean?
