A female Australia age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I was looking through my boyfriends phone contacts and realized that the mobile and home number of his ex girlfriend who he was with for years was back on his phone (new phone and sim card from old phone had number on it). I waited to see if he would delete it without me saying anything... Just looked at his phone and he deleted her home number but saved her mobile! He says that I should trust him and that he did mean to delete it but got distracted. Am I over reacting?

No. You are not overreacting. I did the same thing. Maybe even worse, I deleted his girl friends numbers without him knowing and made him change his number because an old ex was still contacting him, when we had already been together for 4 years. I'm not scared to tell him how I feel about how I am not ok with him and these other girls. Basically if he still wants to have their numbers and them to have his than he doesn't need you in his life! You deserve better than to allow for that possibility of him turning to her for anything.
