I waited to see if he would delete it without me saying anything... Just looked at his phone and he deleted her home number but saved her mobile! He says that I should trust him and that he did mean to delete it but got distracted. Am I over reacting?

What was your reaction? did you blow up at him? did you accuse him of cheating? did you say it bothered you? did you ask him why he kept it?
why does it bother you?

Maybe even worse, I deleted his girl friends numbers without him knowing and made him change his number because an old ex was still contacting him, when we had already been together for 4 years. I'm not scared to tell him how I feel about how I am not ok with him and these other girls. Basically if he still wants to have their numbers and them to have his than he doesn't need you in his life! You deserve better than to allow for that possibility of him turning to her for anything.
