She knows I had feelings for her in high school and I still think about her 3 years after we graduated. I almost feel that this is fate. Is it? I would like to talk with her before she leaves again for college (2 weeks approximately). Should I just go to her door and say 'Hi' and hope she'll be willing to chat... Should I go on as if I never found out she lives a few houses down... Your thoughts are all welcome. = ) Thanks.

No harm in going to say hi. How did you find out she lives there though? You don't want to give the impression you're stalking her! However, do just go there on a friendly basis, and don't expect anything. She'll probably be a little freaked out initially if she finds out you are still interested after not seeing her for three years. She may have drastically changed anyway. But you won't know unless you talk to her. Go over, say hi, get chatting, be patient, and wait and see how things work out =]
