I've noticed if I manage to hold off wankin for a week, then I seem to have more energy and seem more level headed, also, I get more attention from women. I know this could be a psychosomatic of placebo effect, since I am just stoked and confident that I actually had the willpower to stop for a week or two. There's a hormone that is relased in the brain which naturally makes men "sleepy" once they've ejaculated. Theory is that it's released because insticts tell "men" to rest before they start all over again. It's like a "i've had sex and now i should rest to build my sexual enegry back up" situation. My boyfriend has the same problem, he falls straight asleep after sex and seems to be less alert... Hope this explains your problem (:
