wow you're in a pretty hairy situation to tell you the truth. In my opinion, and this is just from what you've typed, he's using you. You said it yourself "he said she can't kiss but I'm a good kisser", basically because his girlfriend isn't a good kisser and you are, he knows that if it doesn't work out, he can run to you and kiss you. Now I don't know, but maybe he does have feelings for you, either way, you don't want this whole thing to turn sour and bad, so it's best to step back. Until he's willing to break up with his girlfriend, don't do anything, because you'll be caught in a love triangle and that's no fun.
