I'm going through a messy divorce.

he has been a great support as a friend. have been good friends for a couple of years but relation is platonic.

I have started to depend on him emotionally.

how do I find out if he also views me as more than friends?

don't want to ask him as it may affect our friendship

Thanks a lot for your advice,yes I thought if I was on a rebound but no I'm not my marriage has broken down for more than 6yrs now so I don't think my feelings for my friend are due to any rebound and I m well over my husband.

I would suggest weighing up if you really want to be with him firstly or is it the fact he has been there? Or your are maybe on the rebound? Before you take any chance you need to be 100% certain you actually would like to see anything through with him long term if you friendship is important
