It's common for people to flirt with their colleagues - we spend so long at work every day that sometimes it lightens the mood a little, but it doesn't mean someone is genuinely interested in you. It sounds like he is having fun at work but has no real feelings for you. Perhaps you should step back from him at work - don't make yourself so available for him to flirt with. You need to protect yourself and make sure you don't get hurt, and the only way to do this is by putting some space between you both. Even if he was interested in you, you should certainly not be pursuing him on the internet..a man should chase a woman, not the other way around. Best of luck x
