writes: hithere's this guy at work who's really nice and seems to be really interested in me. unfortunately i dont feel the same. he hasnt come out in the open but he's always hanging around me. he insists on buying me lunch and stuff. if i refuse he looks awful and i end up just taking the stuff to avoid hurting him. my birthday was a few days ago and yesterday he brought me a dress as a birthday present. i want to give it back without seeming rude. i feel taking it will send a msg i dont wana send to this guy. how do i do this? i also wana let him know i dont wana date him. help!!!!!!!!!!

well i have friend guys who buy me things..sometimes they do it just out the kindness of their heart..there's nothing wrong with a guy friend spending a little money on u..but if u feel he's trying to be with u then the next time u guys talk just say things like wow i thank u for everything u have done for me u are such a great "friend" or say something like i loove being single and i dont want a relationship with anyone right now..just kinda ease in on the subject of u not wanting him..ur actually saying u dont want him but ur saying it in a different way see what i mean? good luck
