If he's an internet boyfriend to you then you have to let him know that you are not ready for a REAL boyfriend just yet and it's online or nothing.
There is a good chance that he wants a Real Life girlfriend at the moment so you may lose him but if you are just looking for someone to chat to online then it's not fair to keep him hanging on.

 The best way is to just tell him the truth. Say that you have other obligations that are stressing you a bit and right now is not a good time to meet.
