Went through all this with an ex of mine and found out in the end he had been sleeping around. If you are supposedly in a committed relationship then this tells me that your guy has no respect for your feelings and emotional wellbeing. Ultimatum time,tell him to ditch the phone sex or get lost. You deserve to be treated so much better and there are plenty of guys out there who would love to do just that. Why waste your time on such a loser?

 If it's you he wants to be with then he should not be doing this att all and you should not stand for it.
You do not need to be doing something psyhically for it to be classed as an affair, if it's making you ill then you need to tell him this and tell him him it's you and only you or you are going to leave him as you deserve to be treated with some respect.
