I asked him for his number yesterday found out hes 19 and he stayed behind for an hour after work talking to me today and yesterday. I want to tell him that I like him and want to go out etc but what would be the best way to do this having only spoken to him properly twice?

Well sweetheartFirst you cany make you self look to easy if you say he shows interes then jus relax however you can flirt but not to much you dont want to scare him away now do you.Find out what he like .what he does for fun where does he go with his friends and then start you planning like if him and his friends go to a special place get some of your friends and by accidently meet him there that will heat things up.

Break something in your kitchen and ask him if he could come over and fix it! LOL!

So you already know he's interested, giving you his number and spending time talking to him.
Ask him if he'd like to go for a coffee when he finishes work. Spend some time talking and getting to know each other. He'll probably ask you out after, if not, ask him if he fancies the cinema sometime.
