writes:okaii , so this year my brother who is one year younger than me signed up for hockey , and he's playing on the same team with guys my age. then one day i saw this one guy there that i had never seen before , he was really cute . :$ . so the next day i also figured out that he's on my bus :) haha, so i was talking to one of my friends and i told her that i thought he was really cute . then she went on facebook and asked him if he liked me , he said he barely knows me , but he thinks im pretty . . . then she gave him my msn . after that , we talked a lot , except i was seeing someone else at the time. and he was just starting to this other girl. and they kind of liked each other. then one day he was talking to my friend again and he told her he thought i was kinda cute and he kinda liked me . . . then after that i dont know what happend ! he started dating the other girl! now theyve been dating for a while and it seems to be going good . and i stopped seeing that guy i was seeing , and the guy who now how was a girlfriend , i never see them togethor because he goes to a diiferent schhool , but i saw a picture of them the other day and i still reaaly want this guy , 333 hes like everything ive ever wanteed. so i thought we'd just stay friends until they broke up , ... oh and he knows that i did like him , i toold him i dont anymore, ...... so we still talk but its not as much fun anymore , if were talking on msn he'll just STOP talking to me , , ....so my question ;do you think we still have a chance ? at being togethor ? even when they break up ?i need some answers and some adviceee this is hurting me soo baddd !! * and something else !!! when he had just met that other girl , we talked about dating , and what he said to me was "maybe after her , then we'll talk "

reader, anonymous, writes (29 January 2010): damn the exact same thing happened to me. He liked me but he liked this other girl a little more so he chose her. Turns out she never liked him and when he found out he got pissed and forgot all about her. Then when i told him i liked him again, he had said that i have a big chance now that she's out of the way. So now he's all mine and all you need to do is just be patient and wait until something bad happens between both of them. After something bad happens, he will be all yours...............i guarantee it

 If you like him your best just to be friends. maybe one day if he breaks up then you might have a chance. but in the mean time, go out and find another one who is not taken and enjoy yourself.

ive been through something like that! i had this bestfriend we were always together i mean ALWAYS! we would always go to her house and just chill, watch movies, internet, whatever! me and her brother had the huges crush on each other! BUT...he had a girlfriend! little by little he stopped hanging out with his gf as much and started hanging out with me and his sister! he eventually broke up with his gf of 6 years and 2 months later we started hanging out! now he has been my boyfriend of 4 years and going strong! :) we see his ex gf around town sometimes and its a bit awkward! and the most awkward thing is she moved up my street now! haha its pretty crazy! i hoped i helped!
