Go to the doctors or a GUM clinic to get yourself checked out. Everybody knows that any type of STD is something to be taken seriously. My second piece of advice is that you should be wearing protection, IE. a condom. Even within a steady relationship, it's a good idea to keep wearing condoms; I know that lots of people that don't have sex without a condom until they're married... No matter how long they've been together, or how long she's been on the pill.
In your case, you're in a relationship where you know that your partner is sleeping with other people... Why are you still with him? Are you really okay with being in a relationship which clearly isn't monogamous? You really should think about all the moral implications of this, especially considering that it's affecting your health.
My personal opinion is to get out of this relationship fast. I'm not even going to touch on the fact that he's been having sex with a blood relative.
Best wishes.
