If he's very flirty with you, and he doesn't already have a girlfriend, then I think it's quite possible that he likes you.
Don't put too much emphasis on the whole "Do you like me?" question, as asking it and getting a verbal answer are fairly irrelevant. What matters are a person's actions, and his seem promising.
Pops' answer (below) about what to do next is exactly what I would suggest. Find some common ground and common interests to talk about in real time, then see where it goes.
Best of luck!

Its hard to really get to know some on a computer, but since you have met him already and the two of you seem to hit it off, its certainly reasonable to suggest that you do something together. It does not have to cost money, or involve all day. Meet for a sandwich someplace, or at the library to read books. Go for a walk, or go fishing, or riding at a stables. If you are into sports, see if he likes to participate in the same sports, and if not, would he like to go with you to see a game. Football comes to mind, since it is so popular across the world. If the two of you can't afford the cost of tickets to a professional team, go to a local school team game. They are usually free. Young people the world over are used to not having money, and no one expects to go out on expensive dates other than a rare occasion. So, don't make a big thing out of asking him if he'd like to meet you some time and spend some time together. He will be flattered( and, yes, a little embarrassed- he'll get over it, as you will) to be asked, and he will probably say, " Yes.". Pops
