Hi im in a similar situation, theres a guy at a shop i have to go to everyday, im 16, he is 25. It feels starnge to make the first move, because of the age difference, try some light flirting, take an interest in what he does outside of college, hope this helps.

do you live in the u.k or the u.s? because if you live in the u.k the comment below would be wrong as you can legally move out, and have sex at 16 and wouldnt still be in school.

Face it, this is a school girl crush and you are trying this on to see what it feels like as it is much safer in your head than perhaps developing relationships with friends your own age.
Pleae find some other interests that will fill you up besides the boys and you will feel better about yourself and attract some nice people into your life. Take care of yourself.
