When you're there ask him/her to book you an appointment with a counsellor to help deal with what you're going through. Good luck in getting the right treatment and overcoming your depression, i'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Could you be more specific in the type of herpes that you have at the moment? Have you checked with your doctor? If you have not, I suggest that you make an appointment soon.
Here's a link to the 8 types of herpes that are know currently:

Going to the doctor and get a diagnosis from them would alleviate your fears or concerns on they will provide you with the treatment that you would need.
