This concert doesn't have to be called a "date". You can use it to get to know her some more, and hang out like friends. I think since you're going with a youth group, her parents might be okay with it. You sound so sweet! Go for it, I think it's a great idea.

That way you don't feel the pressure and nerves of a date plus by telling her that it's just a friendship meeting she is more likely to say yes when you invite her.

Yea... take her. You guys can just go as friends. theres nothing wrong with you to being close friends and your going to a concert with your youth group so its not like it could be bad or anything. well thats what I think. Good luck with everything.
