You will not loose any weight if you dont start eating nice breakfast, in the morning by not eating breakfast you let your body to go in "hunger mode" then whatever you have later your body store as "reserve" and that goes straight to your waist and ties and stays there. For your body to burn more calories eat nice breakfast and lunch, dinner no later than 7pm if possible with no carbs.

Ima FreAk! agony auntHiyaaaa,

Despite this person on the website is a guy he gives great advice no joke!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lx9ahNFVulA&feature=channel_video_title

Hope that this is useful because simple exercise and help you lose the inches of your waiste, though it's about losing weight video but check out his other videos they are VERY GOOD!

Honestly exercise a lot and best way is eat a BIG healthy breakfast and then a medium lunch and then a VERY SMALL dinner like:

Morning: cereal, yoghurt, banana, orange, raisin, nuts! (make sure you are full!)

Lunch: chicken pasta

Dinner: egg salad

Control your portion size keep them SMALL and eat slowly so that your chewing and chewing so the nutrients can be release.

Another way is by eating wholemeal flour, bread, and all that because they keep you fuller for longer so eat the carbs but the wholemeal with the fibre and proteins and fruits! CUT ON THE SUGAR! I know it's tempting but it can help but treat yourself every now and then!

Drink plenty of water and drink before you eat a meal like half a glass because it can full you up!

Hope my advice helps!

Good luck and be motivated and keep it going!

Lots of love,

Ima FreAk!

x

It's 60% what you eat and 40% how much you sport - for me to loose all 17 kilos I had extra took eating fish or chicken with salad every nite for dinner( no bread, potatoes, rice or pasta after 4 pm) and 2 spinning classes a week followed by 20 minute ab work out. Now I am back to eating all I want and sometimes going to gym..Everything a year later is still in same shape:)) Success!!!
